Music Holidays
The Puccini Festival would be on any list for opera fans! Held mid-July to mid-August, on the peaceful shores of Lake Massaciuccoli Italy, or maybe you would like to see the famous Carmen in Verona’s Roman amphitheatre right in the heart of Verona, in the summer especially as the street comes alive with avid fans.
Over the world, there are many renowned Jazz festivals such as the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival held over two weekends during the months of April & May, with acts from across the music spectrum all playing at the horse-racing course in the centre of the city or experience the Montreal Jazz festival which is held over 10 days where you immerse yourself in 1000 concerts and activities.

Festivals with a difference
Try something different, Party and Dance at Snowbombing is the world’s biggest festival held in the snow taking place in Mayrhofen, Austria during April for 5 days where line up always includes some of the biggest names in the music industry, and dance the night away at the Arctic Disco which takes place in a giant nightclub Igloo! Or Rock out in Japan at the Fuji Rock Festival held in Naeba Ski Resort a 3-day event in July, it is the largest outdoor music event in Japan featuring more than 200 Japanese and international musicians.
